Brynlee has been waiting and waiting to lose her first tooth. I don't know if you can see it in this picture but it is hanging by a thread. I get weak in the knees when looking at loose teeth because I have always had nightmares about my teeth falling out. Brynlee kept showing it to me and wiggling it and she has been trying to get it out for awhile now. Daddy got a hold of her last night and out it came.
The Tooth Fairy came to visit her last night and brought her $5. Apparently somebody told her you get $20 so she wasn't impressed with the Tooth Fairy, but she was impressed with having a gap in her teeth.

Way to go Brynlee!!! Don't worry back in the day I think I might have got a quarter once. So $5 is impressive!
ReplyDeleteWhoa! Our upcoming tooth fairy is a cheapskate compared to you guys: $0.50 tops! But the money will be covered in glitter, so hopefully that will count for something.
ReplyDeleteI don't remember much about the tooth fairy, but I am certain it was less than $1.00. Brynlee is a lucky girl!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe she is old enough to be toothless! LeGrand is SUPER excited, he has a loose top tooth. He said that you get like $1,000.00 for a top tooth. Don't ask me where he heard that, I never got that kind of money from the tooth fairy!
